We proudly ship to North America and Europe. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

For U.S. and Canadian orders, estimated delivery is between 3 to 7 business days.
For European orders, delivery may take 3 to 7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or high order volumes.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with your neighbors, building staff, or contacting your local post office before reaching out to us.
